Ash is a dedicated A&R expert with a passion for nurturing local talent in Jersey. From managing Lakehouse Recording Studios to organizing and attending local shows, she is deeply committed to helping artists reach their full potential and will absolutely tell you how it is.

Rich has a wealth of experience in the music industry, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of A&R at Warner Chappell Music, he plays a crucial role in discovering and nurturing talent. Hailing from New Jersey, Rich is passionate about developing local artists and helping them achieve success on a global scale. His approach is characterized by a "big picture" mentality, which likely emphasizes long-term strategies and overarching goals within his team and the industry at large.

Jon's music career began as a drummer in various bands, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. His interest in producing and engineering led him to establish his own recording studio, where he spent years collaborating closely with artists and honing his craft.

Now, Jon brings his intense passion for music to our label, alongside running a highly successful music school on the East Coast. His background as a musician, studio owner, and educator enriches his leadership role, emphasizing creativity, technical excellence, and a deep love for music in supporting artists and driving our label forward.
